I am a Bachelor of Psychology from Diponegoro University Semarang - Central Java on October 28th, 2002. I did my thesis titled "National Licensed GSM Provider Customer Loyalty" and passed the thesis examination on September 9th, 2002.

On November 24th, 2002 I started to work in Jakarta as a Business Manager Trainee in an Investment Company. It's the beginning of my career. I also have experience in Insurance company. But then I realized, that wasn't my choice. Now I'm working in an IT company, the industry where world will always develope. It's fun, full of challenge, lots of opportunities to meet different people from different places and languages.That's why I love it!

I am communicative, friendly and love making friends, love dealing with new people,high dedication, high self-motivation and loyalty. I am a kind of enthusiastic person and it is so hard for me to give up. I have willing to work and learn hard in order to do my job better and better. I love different situation in my everyday life, and I never escape from troubles. I love challenges as I love chances as well.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Introduce the program and services offered by the company to new and present clients, maintain present clients, run the recruitment process for clients (companies that hired us)from delivering psychotest, scoring, interpretating and make recommendation for each person (applicant), and designing the marketing strategy to gain new clients and to develop services offered by the company.
